Printed Circuit Boards

Electronic assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) are an intricate part of all products which rely on them. Therefore, both a high quality and well defined workmanship process are required in order to deliver a reliable product which is guaranteed meet client expectations.

We specialize in all areas of printed circuit board assembly and service clients who provide a vast range of products. Our soldering processes include Lead Free (RoHS), High temp (HMP), NO Clean, and No Flux in order to meet our customer requirements.

Printed Circuit Board Assemblies are built and inspected to IPC-610 standards.

Cable and Harness Assembly

Cables and harness assemblies keep your products connect. A cable failure can cause a product to go down in the field leading to delays, which increase cost and customer dissatisfaction. We keep you connected. All of our cable are built and inspected to IPC-620 standards.  Work instructions are developed and approved before the manufacturing process begins and product is tested before shipping.

We specialize in a verity of cable assemblies, including point to point and multi-connection harness assemblies.

Box builds or panel assemblies are a key component to any product line. Devices which fall under this category are regulators, meters, valves, actuators and other high precision components.
